The Puppy Playpen, LLC. offers a clean, safe, climate controlled and, most importantly, fun environment for your dog(s)
to play with other canine friends while you are busy with work, errands or simply in need of a break. It is a perfect
environment to socialize young dogs, occupy adolescent dogs and provide companionship for older dogs.
To ensure
the health and safety of all of our canine guests and their people, we require all guests to comply with the following policies:
- All dogs must be 12 weeks of age or older
- All dogs 7 months of age or older must be spayed or neutered
- All
dogs must have up-to-dagte vaccinations. We must have a written record that each dog has received Canine Distemper,
Parvovirus, Bordetella, Leptosporosis, and rabies (for all puppies over 4 months of age). We further recommend
year round heart worm/intestinal worm prevention.
- All dogs must be in good health. Owners must certify
that their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill with any communicable disease within the last 30 days. Upon
admission, dogs must be free from any condition that could potentially jeopardize other guests. Dogs that have been
ill or injured in the last 30 days require a veterinarian certification of health to be (re)admitted to The Puppy Playpen,
LLC.
- All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective. Owners must certify that their dogs have
not harmed, shown aggression or threatening behavior toward any other dogs, children or adults. Please
remember that your dog will be spending time with other dogs and the safety and health of the dogs, staff and volunteers
is our main priority. All dogs must have a complete and up-to-date enrollment on file.

Payment is required at time of service. Pre-payment is required to receive multiple day discounts. Acceptable
forms of payment include cash, personal check, Visa/MasterCard/Discover credit cards, and Visa/MasterCard Debit cards.
